Sears, oh Sears!
We've been using Sears Portrait Studio for small photo shoots since Courtney was 15 months.
Remember this?
This was taken at good ol Sears! And I loved it.
So we bought the Sears Super Saver Card and have been going every 6 months or so for a small shoot.
After that 15 month shoot, we went back to capture her in her Halloween getup.
So even though we had booked a professional photographer for family and 2nd birthday photos, for less then $10 I could have some taken with the BIG 2. We went in May to have them taken (I was hoping to have them back in time to frame some at her party). A week after I placed my order they called to say the order had been lost. I had to go back in and redo my order. It took another 10 weeks before I got the call that my photos were in. For less then $10 I really wasn't in a hurry to get them back and I wasn't really in love with them either. So there's that too. But here they are:

Our Cali trip in photos [pic overload...you've been warned]
Courtney and I arrived on the Fourth of July, just in time to watch the "pop pops" with her cousins Riley and Raegan.
That Saturday we celebrated Clare's 4th birthday with an "Under the Sea" theme. We even got to meet Ariel.
After a nap, the kids were excited to play in the pool in Grandma and Grandpas backyard.
The next day we celebrated Heidi's 4th Birthday with a visit with Alice, more cupcakes and lots of fun with friends.
Monday morning I packed up the girls and we headed to Bolsa Chica beach to meet up with our friend Jack and his mom Misty. We munched on sandwiches, made sand castles and searched for shells.
Wednesday we took a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth" and Alice was the first character we saw. We got lots of character autographs, rode lots of rides and got lots of sunshine.
On Saturday my best friend married her best friend. Melanie made an absolutely beautiful bride and her wedding was gorgeous! Congratulations Mel and Kris!
Melanie and Kris' wedding was my first night ever away from Courtney since she was born. Mike and I had an awesome time out together!
It was a week and a half long but as you can see we were like the energizer bunny. Courtney had an awesome time spending time with her cousins and grandparents and Mike and I enjoyed out night out together.
